This is OT, but I just watched a show on ID about this case:

    http://charleyproject.org/case/tammy-lorraine-niver

…her boyfriend (mentioned in the entry) was convicted last year of murdering the woman he got with after Tammy. They still haven’t found Tammy, but the episode has a ton of info. It’s called Murder In Ypsilanti: Keith Morrison Investigates. I also watched the recent episode about the Lyon sisters. It was sad.

The story of the woman found dead in Fort Meyers apartment, with her children, really bothers me. No one made the effort to have the landlord, or who ever check and see who was living in the apartment.

I wonder about her family. It seems from the first lady, that no one had contact with her for at least two years.

But, then we had the Buckskin girl in Ohio. Her mother never reported her missing. She was waiting for her to come home.

In the UK there was an instance where a woman died of natural causes and was found in her apartment… six or seven years later. A black woman, middle aged. She lived alone, had basically become a recluse in the last years of her life, and had no job. She was on benefits which were automatically deposited in her account, from which rent and other bills were automatically withdrawn. And so when she died it was not noticed.

I think they made a documentary about this. I know the woman has a Wikipedia entry but I cannot remember her name.

Her name was Joyce Vincent. She lived in Wood Green in London, not really far from where I live. I didn’t know her personally but I do know the area.

The documentary is called Dreams of a Life

After I saw this comment I found the movie on Amazon and watched it. Strange story. Joyce appears to have been a quite ordinary woman with plenty of friends, although the friendships were somewhat superficial. They all just assumed she’d simply lost touch. Her sisters might have revealed more, but they declined to be interviewed.

I think Joyce was estranged from her family. Nothing is known about her family life apart from her being from a Black Caribbean background

Well, she’d been going around saying her father was dead when he wasn’t. Her sisters might have had some idea why she was saying that, whether he was abusive or what. But they have decided to stay private, which is of course their right. I’m sure it must have been devastating for them to find out that not only was Joyce dead, but her body had been lying undiscovered in a squalid bedsit for years.

Personally I’m glad these are posted here since I quit Facebook in early May. 😊

I checked Rogene Helm, on a couple of online directories. Both of them show her living at 1119 Iola Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She previously lived at 420 Hickory in Broken Arrow.

She has been missing since 1986, yet these directories still have her in the city, where she disappeared from. It makes me wonder if someone from her family is living at that address.

On another forum, some said she came from a large family. Also, she got married to David Joseph Helm, in Joplin, Missouri in 1969. Yet, both of them were from Oklahoma.

Makes me wonder if they eloped to get married. She most likely was 16 or 17 when she got married.

I checked Micaela Helene Robinson, age 34 on the same online directories. I found no records for her period. So, I wonder if she is using an alias, or no permanent address record.

There is no information to say, who reported her missing or where she was last seen.

I am friends with a close relative of Timmothy Pitzen. My friend shared some things with me, including: he did indeed have a severe nosebleed in the vehicle (my friend witnessed this); and that there were some things at the scene where his mother was found that suggested she may not have committed suicide but rather was staged to look as such. Also his mother may have had ties to a cult that operated somewhere near Wisconsin Dells (at least I think that’s the area). My friend also doesn’t believe that she would have killed Timmothy.
