So I had thought I’d just power through this format change/deep cleaning thing and not update again till I’m through. But it’s taking a bit longer than I had thought, and missing persons stuff is starting to pile up. So I’ll do an update today.

Regarding the cases of David Rivera and Javier Octavio Rodriguez, what exactly do you suppose the phrases “critically missing” and “concerned information” are supposed to mean? The latter is especially weird, as the grammar is “concerned” and the categorical assignment of “information” seems inappropriate. Shouldn’t the Maryland LE agencies be critically concerned about ALL missing person cases?
I actually meant to say “concerning.” Will fix it.
