MP of the week: Kristina Perkins

I have been a very bad girl and neglected my missing persons of the week for the past two weeks. I have got one for this week though: Kristina Ann Perkins, a 21-year-old woman who disappeared from Phoenix, Arizona on September 10, 1975.

It sounds like her ex-husband was involved. Otherwise I don’t know why he’d tell her sister that they’d got in an argument and now she was dead. But he has not been charged and I don’t know who he is or if he’s even still alive. [Whoops, didn’t read the casefile properly, he’s dead. I am dumb.]

If she is alive today, Kristina would be 65 years old.

Sounds potentially she was placed into a State Hospital! Check closest one near last known disappearance and he may have placed her in there! FOIR with HHS formerly HEW or request from state! They will deny but appeal all rulings! We are on twitter @PavenSherlock looking at mostly kids but adults were placed in these facilities as well, especially 1975!

Most of the state hospitals closed down long ago, and this was 1975, not 1875. Long past the time a man could just unilaterally put his wife away.

I know you said that you don’t know if her ex is still alive….but in her her profile write up it states that the ex husband is deceased. Just pointing this out in case this was an error…??
