MP of the week: Austin Renshaw

This week’s featured missing person is Austin Jerrel Renshaw, a 22-year-old man who disappeared from Spring Glen, Washington on October 27, 2003. His car was found abandoned with a partially eaten fast food meal inside it. He was last seen purchasing the meal and apparently vanished shortly thereafter.

Foul play is suspected in his case.

I will look for this guy on my end and since I am in Seattle, but Tacoma is far from Seattle like 45 minutes and not Seattle at all. You may want to edit the script for him. Thanks.

There is no place called Spring Glenn it’s just like a name of a street or housing area not a city but it’s in Kent Washington which is not close to Tacoma either and Maple Valley is a different city too, this all makes no sense because it’s 30 min to, Kent from Maple Valley and from Maple Valley to Tacoma it’s like an hour at least because of Traffic. There places aren’t like close and you would be really driving to them, I wonder why he would go out of his way for work or church or what?

      Thanks for the geographic info.

Thanks Meaghan, yeah it’s funny people go ewe Tacoma if your a Seattlite, Tacoma stinks like really there is a pulp mill there and it smells like rotten eggs, it’s gotten better over the years but still smells. It use to be uber Ghetto too, and still is in areas, like gang banger. There are some really cute areas like in Everett which is the North End, Tacoma! Tacoma is South of Seattle, Everett is North both same vibe, great Mountain and Puget Sound views. They have old town vibe to both of them in the cute areas.

      Hi Jessica,

A blogger I know named Anne who follows Meaghan Goods, Charlie Project brought to my attention that these two men have not been ruled out, could we follow up with the agencies and get the two men ruled out?

Thank you, and I hope the New Year is treating you well!

Hello this is Austin’s mother Deborah Eklund My Sons case is not active at this point. His case is cold I have no knowledge of any Detective currently working on his case. His car was found abandoned at Chinook middle school in Seatac Washington as his mother I have continued to search for him for 15 year’s now my heart is breaking and saddened that not one person has came forward with the truth to bring our family peace and closure. Thank you to all for caring ..
