MP of the week: Timothy Gibson

This week’s featured missing person is Timothy W. Gibson II, a 39-year-old man who disappeared on March 25, 2015, shortly after being treated and released from a Sedalia, Missouri hospital.

Beyond those details, I don’t have anything on him, including the reason he was taken to the hospital.

I find it interesting the number of people missing from Missouri. I came across an article online, that a number of females missing from a certain area of Missouri. I believe most of them, were girls of color.

Timothy, was born in Bell County, Texas. I came across a number of addresses in Missouri and a number of them in Osceola, Arkansas. Two addresses in St. Louis, show a date of birth of June 21, 1975. So, I wonder if ever used an alias date of birth.

Also, a Timothy W. Gibson, 20, married a Sarah Margaret Morgan, 19 of Arkansas, on April 2, 1994, in Missouri. I assume this is are missing guy, but not a lot of detail on the certificate.

I really wish I knew why he was at the hospital. It could go a long way towards explaining his disappearance.

I agree. It would be nice to know why his was hospitalized. But then we have to deal with those crazy HIPPA regulations. Quite of a few of those federal regulations cause problems getting certain information.

It can be surprisingly easy to get around them though. I called a hospital in August to find out whether a certain person had actually been admitted and treated for a toxic exposure as he claimed. They asked for his name and then I heard typing and: “Nope, he hasn’t been here since August.”

He was being chased that night by some people. He has copd and couldn’t hardly breathe and wanted to go to the hospital. He also said he had been assaulted earlier in the day.

Bill, thanks for the information. However, was he admitted or was he treated in the emergency room and then sent on his merry way.

If admitted he would be somewhat safe from whoever was chasing him. Also, he could told the staff and the local police notified.

I only saw Timothy once and that is when he came to my house saying he was being chased. He used my phone and called 911. The sheriff and police came out and talked to him that night. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital from my house. That was the last I saw of him. Later I found out he left the hospital and hasn’t been seen alive since. They recently found human remains (bones) of a white male about 40 years old. this past week. It is likely him.
