National Hispanic Heritage Month: Marisela Hernandez

In honor of National Hispanic Heritage Month I’m featuring a Hispanic missing person every day from September 15 to October 15. Today’s case isĀ Marisela Fabian Hernandez, a 38-year-old woman who disappeared from Pomona, California on January 23, 2016.

She is considered missing under suspicious circumstances: a few days after Marisela disappeared, her husband, Ivan, took his own life inside their home. He left a note asking his brother to care for their four children, which suggests he knew Marisela would not be returning, but police stated there’s no hard evidence that Ivan harmed her.

Wherever she is, she left her car and her phone charger behind.
