While we’re all waiting, check this out

Site still largely AWOL, not functioning consistently enough for me to get any work done, and I am going mad from boredom.

My host had warned me there would be “service interruptions” this week because “we are upgrading our server hardware and software to significantly improve server response, resiliency and performance.” But I had not realized it would be this bad.

But in the meantime, I invite you to check out this in-depth news feature on toddler Ramona Brown’s 1984 disappearance. The circumstances remind me of the Ricky “Jeannie” Bryant case.

It’s in three parts:

  1. The Fire
  2. The Investigation
  3. The Possibilities

The Daily World (Opelousas, Louisiana) from 07 Mar 1984, said on Page 1 that the parents and 7 children got out safely, and that they had originally thought they had found all three bodies. Instead, they just found two. The fire was on March 6.

I just clicked on the blog to link to this case! Wow, so many years lost for this little girl having not been reported missing. I have hope this is one of the few who might still be alive and well.

Are you still making YouTube videos of the missing?

OT, I saw this article about a possible suspect in the Tricia Kellett case. Apparently he was investigated quite a bit, even poygraphed about it, but Tricia’s family had no idea he existed as a suspect until the reporter contacted her sister and asked about him.

He has a unique name, I’m not great with internet searches but it would interesting if someone who is could find out what various areas he lived in (the article mentions Arizona in addition to Chicagoland, plus I did find an article from him being arrested for a kidnaping and assault in Washington State in 1967) to cross check any missing girl cases or unsolved homicides. He has extensive criminal history so maybe a timeline could be patched together if anyone is able to find his records? Th article says he died in 1994, and he was 24 in 1967 if that helps. Here’s the link to the article which gives a lot more information:
