I’ve often wondered if Patricia Tigner was this Doe listed on Rebel Morris’s Can You Identify Me site….http://canyouidentifyme.blogspot.com/2011/11/1981-essex-county-had-161-murders.html

Stats & timeframe line up & she looks a LOT like the sketch. I call in tips all the time, but no one ever gets back to me & I don’t see them on rule-out lists, so who knows if LE really checks them out.

Another possible Balto-to-Jersey case I wonder about is Ramona Redd, thinking she may be this 2007 Genevieve Doe, 5 years later. I really hate the not knowing….http://canyouidentifyme.blogspot.com/search/label/Unidentified%20Teen

Also, I always thought Baby Solomon was wearing a black hat in that photo. ? I’ve called Baltimore police numerous times to see if he’s the same child located in a Fairfax, Va creek back in 1972….http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/461umva.html

Decades old articles in your links state family said no all those years ago, but they only saw photos & he was beaten pretty bad. Or they could have lied. Would be best to have him ruled out by DNA, if any relatives exist today. Same as above with stats, timeframe & sketch. Then again, every time I call, Balto PD act like it’s the first time they ever heard of him.

And as far as Mary Cox, wow, age can sadly do a number on a person. She had a beautiful smile when she was younger, but is hardly recognizable in that later photo.

Like so many others, I dream of the day when all of the missing get their names back 

Speaking of Mary Cox it says she’s “caucasian”? Is she possibly of mixed race?

I remember there being two different missing women named Mary Cox, the young Black woman in the left and right pictures and an older White woman pictured in the center. I wish that the original National Center for Missing Adults website was still up; they used to have her case file featured. It may have gotten lost in the shuffle somewhere when doing an overhaul of this site. It happens.

Patricia Tigner and that Jane Doe seem so similar! Everything really does line up.

The Jane Doe seems like she was dressed for going to the office…just my opinion. Maybe she was abducted on her way to or from work.

The details of Christian Ferguson’s case are, for me at least, one of the most disturbing on all of Charley Project. Just sickening.
