Someone emailed me the link to a very thorough website about the missing sisters Brandi Summers and Tiffani Wise. I’ve only just had time to glance around, but there appears to be an abundance of info here. I’ll have to update their cases with the information I presume I’m going to get off of this.

What a weird coincidence that this Mollie lady (whom they were last in the care of) has an obituary from last year that claims she has a daughter 15 days older than what Tiffani would have been. Could this be Tiffani? If not, then why wasn’t this “Tiny” lady trying to get custody of that kid too if she was so worried about the home environment not being safe? Idk, this whole case just stinks.

If you truly are Brandi, then you need to contact the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Thomas Hart was the gentleman at the center who set up my DNA test that proved I wasn’t Tiffani. You may also want to contact the San Bernardino police. Also, I am willing to help if possible. Considering the accusations made against my parents, I would very much like to know the truth myself!

Thank you…I think I have an idea of who Tiffy might be now but its her decision to accept her true identity its an indescribable roller coaster of feelings…its funny how strangers care more than friends anyone I have let know the truth that I grew up around has deserted the friendship quickly even the ones that got close enough to see that it makes my life make sense….
I would like to clear up some of the misinformation posted on the Charley project page, & some of the comments posted here. First off, Mollie did in fact have a daughter named, Cynthia, born March 9, 1975. That is NOT just a claim. I am her daughter. Not only do I have a birth certificate to prove it, but I also resemble her and my biological father way too much for there to be ANY doubt whatsoever. The only scar I have is on my face from a dog bite I received as a child. Next, Juanita and my mom were NOT sisters. Juanita’s sister, Vivian, was the one I assume had dated Mr. Summers at some point. Unless I am mistaken, she should have been married to Jim Casner (Lee’s brother) when the girls came up missing. My mom was married to Lee Casner (my step-dad) during that time frame, and her only living sister’s name is Ruby. I have attempted to contact the administrator via email about correcting these errors, but have not received a response as of yet. People supposedly sighted my mom and dad (Lee) with at least one of the girls, but nobody seems to take into account that it was more than likely me that they saw instead. My parents took me just about everywhere with them!

I am Brandi but everyone wants me to forget that I am pretty sure I have figured out who Tiffy is & what name she goes by now but the Meagan chic that runs the Charli Project thinks she’s god smarter than everyone else & thinks only she can solve any of these cases but if you read the disclaimer for the Charlie Project website it states she is not an investigator & they do not investigate the cases on that site. So I think this Meagan person is a misleading liar trying to convince people her words & thoughts are law written in stone. She claimed to do a hair strand DNA test on me yet that has never happened I have never met her. My DNA test was an oral swab that matched a member of the Summers Family we went through a private lab so people like Meagan couldn’t tamper with it. Roy’s sisters name is Shene she calls me on a regular basis of her own free will do you talk to her? No so stop trying to speak for her. None of you people on here know what your talking about Cynthia we were gone before you were old enough to remember. So why don’t you all find something else to do with your pathetic lives instead of trying to ruin what little life I have left. You were not even California when it happend. Mr Beer, my dad did NOT have the girls. My mom and I would have known about it if he had. We were usually together, especially while we were in CA. The police were threatening to take me away from my parents if my dad didn’t tell them what they wanted to hear. Detective Don Meyer was beyond crooked! As for Juanita, I cannot say anything one way or another about her. She was never a part of our lives. There was only one time I ever remember meeting her, and that was in Nampa, ID after she had been released from jail/prison (whichever she was in). One other thing, people have mistakenly believed that I perhaps may have been the missing girl, Tiffani. I am very pleased to prove those people wrong. I was contacted by Mrs. Dona Howlett, the mother of Claude Wise, and grandmother to TIffani Wise. She requested a DNA test, and I consented. It was proven without a doubt that I am NOT the missing child.
Cindy. Your dad not only admitted to “being involved”…but he was charged, and pled guilty to the charge. The case file contains an audio tape of your dad describing his “involvement”. The police detective (Meyer) you are referencing was not involved in the taped interview. He was involved in the case but not this interview. Your dad, Vivian, Jim and Roy Summers were all aware of the girls. Vivian Estes (Vivian Estes Casner Tanouye Tobey Bagge) is Juanita’s (Iwakiri) sister. She gave a statement before Meyer got up there that basically implicated them all. Juanita went to an attorney and explained the whole story and the conversation with her attorney became unsealed in an appeal case and is available for all to see in the published opinion. Juanita admitted to having the girls, 7 witnesses testified they saw the girls in her control and care. She went to prison. Brandi’s name was found in medical records at the Terry Reilly free clinic in Nampa. There is zero question that the girls were in Nampa. Lee, Jim, Vivian, Juanita, Roy were not a random group of strangers. Vivian and Jim were in San Bernardino at the time. Roy Summers was dating Vivian. Roy Summers sister (Shirlene) lived in Nampa. Jim knew Roy….Lee knew Roy. There are arrest records that show Lee and Roy were arrested in Lodi, CA (near Sacramento) by the Southern Pacific railroad police for “trespassing” (hitching a ride on the train). They were turned over to the Lodi Police Dept and booked in. Neither could make bail and were held until the following day where the judge reduced their charges to vagrancy and released them for 1 day time served. In the case file Lee admits he knew Lee and they traveled around working at ranches. They found Lee’s name, address and contact info in Roy Summers wallet. They found Vivians name and Nampa address in some of Roy’s belongings he left at wife #5 (Luella Marie Bowler) house. They also found Lee’s name again. So the search was on to find Lee and Vivian. They found Vivian first and she implicated everyone and said the girls were brought up from Cal to Idaho. Mike and Juanita were charged with Murder and accessory to murder by Idaho authorities…not by Meyer or SB police. A grand jury in Idaho true billed the charges! In the middle of the Summers trial and Iwakiri proceedings Detective Meyer got drunk over in Vegas and pulled an armed robbery and as can be imagined the entire case fell apart. The jury was instructed that it could disregard the Meyer generated evidence shown at trial and it was such a shocking blow to the trial that the jury voted not guilty. End of case. The jury for person (Lydia Kempt) is on record stating that all the jurors would have voted 100% guilty but the case was so irrepairably damaged by the Meyer revelations that its hard to send someone to death under such circumstances. Then years later, the Iwakiri attorney document is published and it confirms the strength of the case even more. If one takes the Lee Casner recording, the Vivian Estes statement and the Juanita Estes Iwakiri statements made to her attorney at face value it gets very difficult to not conclude that Lee, Jim, Vivian, Juanita and Summers were all involved. And then there’s the Oregon police inventory report that surfaced 16 years AFTER Roy’s trial….it shows that when the police arrested Summers for attempted murder of wife #8 (Ella Mae Kohler) they found storage rental receipts in the home and when they went to the storage they found belongings of the missing kids….including a book on Cystic Fibrosis and a prescription bottle in Brandi’s name for a digestion drug related to her CF. The inventory list states that the items were in boxes that were traced to Idaho. So Roy stated he had not seen the girls or exwife Beverly in 2-3 years before the murder and kidnapping, but yet a prescription bottle with the name of Brandi Jondell Summers with a date of a couple days or months before the murder is found in Roys storage locker. That evidence alone would bring the death penalty in 99% of cases. The Oregon PD botched that and did a poor job of cooperating with the SB PD. I believe the evidence is clear that Jim and Vivian and Juanita knew the kids were involved in the murder and that Roy was the primary suspect and probably did it. The evidence indicates they (Jim, Vivian and Juanita) did NOT kill Beverly and were not involved in the murder but became involved after. Lee admits to knowing of the murder and concealing the whereabouts of the kids. Mike Iwakiri was charged with murder and then the charges were dropped….he was not involved. Its a complicated case….and Don Meyer’s reputation was destroyed by his own actions, but lets not forget that Lee, Vivian and Juanita and Jim ALL admitted to knowing of the murder, seeing the kids after the murder and admitting to various parts of the events…this is not in dispute. The Idaho PD and (DA) obtained signed affidavits from Lee, Jim, Vivian and Juanita and 7 other witnesses without Det. Meyer even being in the State. And Lee gave a tape recorded statement and written statement. Had the investigation been conducted by the FBI and not in some hap hazzard way with 9 different police agencies all of these people would have received the death penalty! As harsh as that sounds….everyday, people are sentenced to death for far less! This group of persons is either the luckiest group of people involved in a murder, or the most unluckiest group of innocent persons accused of being involved in a murder.

Well the posts re: Brandi and sister, date back to February 2017 (with a 2015 reference before Jo got involved) and go right up to your post …. obviously Jo and Joey M Harrison are one in the same person. Jo is reading all the posts from other people and thinking that you, Meaghan, are answering all her posts, when in fact, today was the first time you’ve ever written to her. The other people responding to Jo, (ISLE, Beer, PIERSOL, Havetosolve) are four different people, seem to have a thorough knowledge of the case, the people involved and all the locations. This appears to be an amazingly detailed case because of all the witnesses, friends, police etc. involved. JO IF YOU ARE READING THIS, MEAGHAN’S DATABASE COMES FROM A VARIETY OF SOURCES, AND SHE HAS NEVER CONTACTED YOU, OR BEEN INVOLVED IN COMMUNICATION WITH YOU. ISLE seems to know volumes about the case… what a mess to put together…. Hope this stops the “JO” communication because unless she contacts NamUs or the Exploited/Missing Children, all her efforts will stop here.
