Flashback Friday: Carlos Mendez Limas

This week’s Flashback Friday case is Carlos Mendez Limas, missing from Los Angeles since April 24, 1981. I don’t have much on him, other than that he was a suspect in a murder case and may have been murdered himself because of what he did/saw. NAMPN says he was in the company of another man, John Caballero Walters, who is also presumed dead. (I haven’t yet added Mr. Walters to the Charley Project database.)
