This week’s featured MP is Keith Chau, who disappeared with his wife, Ai Wei Kaung. They’re missing under unclear circumstances and may be living in Vietnam or southern China. It seems like that should be easy enough to check; at least the police could tell whether or not they’d left this country.
I’ve wondered about this for a while…it must be extra difficult to find someone from an immigrant community, who may or may not want to be found, and might not even know they’re missing.
Off-topic, today is Tammy Lynn Leppert’s (who went missing in 1983) 50th birthday. I just wanted to say that because this morning Lifetime reran an episode of Unsolved Mysteries that featured her “Missing” segment and I found it rather creepy. I hope these missing people are found, wherever they are and in spite of whatever happened to them.
Wow, thanks! I can’t believe she turned 50!
