Ilya pointed out that today is the 9th anniversary of Jennifer Kesse‘s apparent abduction from her apartment in Orlando. This case seems so solvable and I know the cops are still investigating leads, and she got more publicity than most — even her own Wikipedia entry — yet there’s been no trace of Jennifer since her disappearance and no suspects have been named in her case.
She was a bright young thing, with a shining future ahead of her, before something dark came into her life and now she’s gone.

Interesting thing that I noticed is that one of the articles said something to the effect of “Jennifer’s parents are getting closer to the answer”, which is completely misleading.
I don’t think that authorities are any closer to finding out what happened there.

This case is haunting, others have been missing in the same srea 2 but the say they aren’t related?…the other case in FL thats never been solved over 26 yrs now Tiffany Sessions…?????
Such a shame…really just getting started on her life…god bless her and her family
Update: January 26, 2015. According to the ‘Rochester Democrat and Chronicle’ Caledonia Jane Doe has been identified by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department as being Tammy Jo Alexander, 15, missing from Brooksville, Florida since the spring of 1979.
Investigators always believed that someone loved her, and remembered her name. Now we can begin to learn about the girl whose key could open her heart.

I remember when this happened and I cannot believe I’m commenting on this now. I thought for sure that she would have been found by now. High profile, etc. Wasn’t she linked to Tara Grinstead a bit? Another high profile case that hasn’t been solved. Such a shame. Not sure why, what is going on with the investigations?
I know y’all were talking about this last year, but I’ll share my thoughts anyway.
I believe that Jennifer Kesse was abducted…the mysterious person in the video most likely had some involvement in her disappearance. The only problem is, we will never know the identity of that individual.
That would be most helpful in finding out what happened to her. That is one piece of the puzzle which nobody has been able to figure out.
As to Tara Grinstead, I don’t believe there is any connection with her disappearance and Jennifer’s. Tara seems to have had a rather complicated love life…one of the men she dated could have been involved.
I think Jennifer’s case was more likely a matter of somebody watching/planning/stalking her for a while, then abducting her once he saw an opportunity.
She had told her mother about feeling uncomfortable with some of the construction workers at her apartment complex. Apparently they had been staring at her a lot and making creepy comments.
Not to mention that the person in the video appears to be wearing clothes that a construction worker would wear. It’s VERY bizarre.
