It had passed unnoticed by me, but WordPress says I started this blog six years ago today, beginning with an entry telling the story of Charley Ross.
I’ve really enjoyed blogging over the years, and like having gotten to know some of my readers. I hope to continue for years to come.
Keep up the awesome work!:)

Hey!
I don’t know if you saw it yet, but I was watching the news a couple of days ago and saw that there’s a possibility they found the skeletal remains of Bonnie Haim! When they first announced they found the skull of someone that possibly went missing over 20 yrs ago I knew it had to be Bonnie! Read what happened when a renter in the past wanted to stay there: “Jenrette, 36, said he never had any reservations about moving into the home, but after talking with several of his new neighbors on Dolphin Avenue, he admitted he grew suspicious of his landlord, Michael Haim.
He said he only met Haim twice and described him as “odd” and “shady.”
“You could just kind of tell he was mean-spirited,” Jenrette said. “You know, I would try to joke around with him and he could care less. He was even harsher on the phone because he didn’t have to look me in the face then.”
Jenrette said his rental agreement with Michael Haim had two unusual stipulations: He could not touch Haim’s son’s room or use it in any way. And he was not allowed to make any changes to the backyard, whether it was planting flowers or installing any backyard built-ins, like a barbecue.”

Happy Birthday! I’m looking forward to many more years of reading your blogs.
I’d be really interested in knowing where the Charley Ross ransom letters/envelopes are. DNA could be extracted. There are photo copies of them in the book Charley’s dad (Christian Ross) wrote in 1876.https://archive.org/stream/fathersstoryofch00rossrich#page/n0/mode/2up
Thanks for your efforts/hard work…Happy Birthday
