    I can’t find if Peggy Joyce Jones Mandeville is still missing. The California Department of Justice doesn’t have her listed as a missing person or any other law enforcement website I can find.

    Good news this morning. Kamiyah Mobley (on this list) has been found. She’s 18 years old now, and has been living with her abductor, who she thought was her mother. The abductor has been arrested.
