Murder charge in “Baby Kate” case

Eighteen months ago, Sean Phillips was sentenced to ten to fifteen years for false imprisonment in connection with the disappearance of his infant daughter, Katherine Shelbie-Elizabeth Phillips. The authorities openly said they thought he’d killed her, but they were holding off on the murder charge…until now.

Some unspecified “new evidence” has surfaced and Sean has been charged with Baby Kate’s murder.

I don’t have much beyond that. I hope they can prove their case. I really hope they can find Baby Kate’s body; if nothing else, she deserves a proper burial.

why?? anything new?? cold case files detectives thought they should?? Tara Calico’s case scares me. That picture found on the ground. True mysteries.

Amber Swartz’s case we re-opened due to the mass public belief that Curtis Dean Anderson did not abduct and/or kill her. That someone out there is responsible for it. I believe there was even an online petition signed that called for her case to be re-opened. I also believe her abductor and possible murderer is still out there.

Not to be nagging, but did you see the stuff on Carrie Lawson and now Doris Wood? Hell of a week scratch that, weeks for updates/recovery, good for the families, I hope. Have you heard if the submerged car(s) ids have been confirmed? I haven’t been able to look but a few minutes here and there at a time, so I’m a bit out of the loop.

Yeah, I’ve heard. I don’t think the IDs have been confirmed yet.

No. And I believe the “human” remains turned out to be animal bones.

That poor person who bought the storage unit with Doris WOod’s bones in it … I bet he never buys another one.
