116 missing people in Wales

I found this article about missing persons cases from Wales. 116 cases — they don’t have a list or anything — are considered cold. Wales has a pretty good clearance rate for MPs, though. They say 28,000 people have been reported missing in the past three years and only ten haven’t been found.
