Haleigh Cummings missing one year

Today is the one-year anniversary of the disappearance of five-year-old Haleigh Cummings. The little girl vanished from her bed in the middle of the night and has never been heard from again. As time passes the story seems to just get more confusing and more sordid.

I found a good article about Haleigh’s family history. It’s very sad.

Nobody really knows what happened to Haleigh. It’s possible she was abducted by a stranger. It’s possible that someone in the family caused her disappearance — that’s certainly what the cops seem to think. It’s quite likely that her caregivers’ dysfunction and neglect contributed to her disappearance, one way or another. I think she’s probably dead.

It looks like Haleigh’s father and his girlfriend loved her very much. Did that make them good parents? Hell no.

I wonder if Misty had a black out, she was at the trailer, but w/ the blackout, missed everything…
Kind of a sad situation for everyone…drugs, neglect, school drop outs, etc…what a yucky way to live

I think that her parents and her extended family probably weren’t involved, although I can’t rule out distant relatives. And I agree they loved her even if they were not good parents.

On Nancy Grace, one of the expert guests said, Ronald wasn’t thinking of the future by saying he would kill the person who hurt/stole Hayleigh b/c who would take care of Junior, etc…

Yes, she was loved very much. Just b/c people are poor doesn’t mean they don’t love their children and family members. But the way they live is not the way I chose to live.

You can hear in Ronald’s voice on the phone he is not involved and many of Nancy Grace’s experts agree. These experts are right most of the time…
I do wish the best for little Hayleigh

I saw someone on a blog say her father had to have killed her, because he had custody of her and only evil abusive fathers take away custody from loving mothers.

      Really.

Did you see Nancy Grace last night? The whole show was about Hayleigh and the taped phone calls from the dad, misty and misty’s brother with their parents.
Misty talked about her hair and etc…
Dad was the only one who talked about getting Hayleigh
A phone call from a guest asked if the dad could have killed Hayleigh. ALl the people say no, he was at work, etc… they say it’s Misty who knows even if she was drunk/drugged.

…..who knows…I hope we do soon I feel sorry for this girl

BREAKING NEWS in the Misty Croslin case: Nancy Grace of CNN says Misty’s jail commissary bill of over $50.00 is proof she did something to Haleigh. Good for you Nancy, but that is not proof in any courtroom in the United States of America. No wonder Nancy Grace cannot practice Law anymore anywhere with any of the 50 states of the United States. Courts are not run by speculation Nancy, and you should know this because Nancy has lost every case-motion she and CNN have filed in the federal case filed against Nancy by victims she has victimized already. But, to Nancy’s credit, Nancy does promote the alcohol businesses and the drug-making businesses that Nancy consumes herself by her sheer-volume.
