To err is human, but to really screw up requires a computer

I think my host’s FTP is not working. Because my FTP program won’t let me log on, so I tried to update manually, but they won’t upload files for me — they only pretend to do so. They say “upload successful” but they are lying.

Of course I didn’t figure this out till midway through my updates, so now I’m stuck with a lot of half-updated things.

Grr.

I hope things improve tomorrow.
