So, as I wrote about earlier, this evening I appeared on the Peas in their Pods radio show. I have never been on the radio before and was a bit nervous, but I think it went okay. They mainly asked stuff like how did Charley get started, how do I research my cases, etc. A listener asked about NamUs and I told them about all the resolved cases on there. Then at the end, on a lighter note, one of the hosts asked me about my pet rats. The rats were very happy to learn that they have become famous.
Too cool, now you’re officially a celebrity!
You have a good radio voice! Good inflections and easy to understand.
Question for you.
December 29, 1997
You have 2 seperate listings.
Ourtil Bour Lhoucine DOB January 1, 1975 &
Essaidy Ahmed DOB January 1, 1974
Both Indian, both born on the same day (different years), both missing the same day from an amusement park in Anaheim, CA and both missing on the same day.
You don’t list them as related but are the two cases related?
No idea.
That is weird. I wonder if there’s a connection. How’d you notice, Cheryl?
They are listed one right after the other. I’m reading by year and I just started 1997. I start at the bottom and work my way up. I read the first one and when I got to the next I said “Hey, I just read that!” Went back and sure enough, most of the info was the same….they just weren’t listed as going missing together. I figured Meaghan would have the answer since she posted it, but I guess not.
Essaidy Ahmed has been removed from the California Department of Justice Missing and Unidentified Persons Section (MUPS) website, which was the source for his profile on the Charley Project. I don’t know if this means he has been recovered or not.
