I want to thank everyone for your messages of support. They mean a lot to me. There has been no arrest yet, but some really interesting things happened yesterday and the cops have some more leads and witnesses. I really hope they get him today, because the longer this guy is out there, the more uneasy I get. And also I am pretty much cooped up in my friend’s apartment until an arrest is made. The police made me promise not to use the public transit system, and my friend has to take his car to work, so I have no means of transport until this weekend when my friend doesn’t have to work and can drive me places.

I am holding up pretty well I think. I’m very anxious, but I have good support, both online and with my IRL family and friends.

Hey Meg. I’ve been out of commission due to some minor surgery and popped in her to catch up.

Your experience brought tears to my eyes. You are cared about by so many of us in here, not only because of your website but because you share so much of yourself with us. Thank you for sharing all of this with us. If it can happen to you it can happen to any of us. Your strength and courage is an inspiration to us all and I for one will have you in my thoughts and prayers from this day forward.

I certainly hope they catch the b@$tard and I know when they do, you will do everything in your power to see that he’s prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Please keep us posted and talk to us anytime you need to. We are here to lend whatever moral support that we can.

It is a good thing you are doing, sharing your experience. I think that rape destroys peoples’ lives only when they can’t talk about it in healthy ways.

Peace to you, and I hope you get justice on this so you can move on.
