The New York Times just contacted me

They’re looking for information on the missing Albuquerque women, and also do I have any way to get in touch with their families? I’m afraid I can’t be of much help in the getting-in-touch thing. I hardly ever have contact with any MP’s families, Albuquerque girls included. But I gave him a few tips and all the relevant cases I had on Charley.

This is the second time the NYT has been in touch with me about my website. The first time was like five years ago, when Charley was the MPCCN. A reporter said he was doing an article on using the internet to find missing children, and asked me a few questions by email. I don’t know if anything came of that (or if anything will come of this contact), but it’s kind of cool to be contacted by people from one of the most prestigious newspapers in the world.

Boy, am I blogging a lot today. Trying to make up for my previous neglect, perhaps.

[“Boy, am I blogging a lot today.”] It’s appreciated, Meaghan! Thanks.
